CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSING AT THE
GRANDE Concrete will be poured this week for floor 5 of The Grande at Santa Fe Place, and will reach the 39-story rooftop by January 2004, reports the builder, BOSA Development. Although occupancy is scheduled for July 2004,
sales for the 211-unit residential South Tower "Buyers are ecstatic about the North Embarcadero waterfront location, the spectacular views and the spacious, innovative designs," says president Ryan Bosa. "We urge buyers to come into the sales office soon to avoid disappointment." Approximately 55 units remain in the luxury development between the historic Santa Fe Depot and San Diego Bay. One-bedroom homes are priced from the mid-$400,000s. Two-bedroom units are priced from the mid-$500,000s, and two-bedroom-plus den units from the $800,000s. Two- and three-level townhomes start at $563,000. Five of the 12 penthouses on floors 36 to 39 are still available with pricing from $1.159 million to $2.035 million. One final opportunity remains to combine units to create a 3,777-square-foot home. The innovative triangular shape of the tower affords
each home a private, entertainment-sized balcony with city, bay and
sunset views. Floor-to-ceiling windows -MORE- showcase dramatic vistas of the waterfront from the Coronado Bridge to the Star of India and northward to the city's nighttime twinkling lights. In keeping with the BOSA tradition of offering the finest amenities, buyers at The Grande enjoy the opportunity to choose from stunning contemporary design elements and color schemes. Among the quality appointments are exquisite cherry, walnut or zebrawood cabinetry, Monogram, Dacor and Bosch professional quality appliances, Kohler fixtures and faucets, flooring in hardwood, limestone, marble and rich carpeting, granite countertops, and seven-foot interior doors. Additional amenities include a cozy gas log fireplace, subterranean parking and extra out-of-suite storage. For a limited time early buyers may still customize their interiors through the BOSA options department. The Grande's main lobby presents a blend of classic and contemporary elegance in spectacular soaring contours. A 24-hour concierge will attend to residents' needs; a special visitors' suite will accommodate guests and families. Fitness buffs will have access to state-of- the-art equipment in the workout room. Unique to The Grande is the amount of outdoor space dedicated to residents' private enjoyment. Gardens, tree-lined courtyards, a spacious deck, pool and spa create an oasis of relaxation. Construction on the twin North Tower will begin midyear, with sales beginning this summer. Residents will be just moments away from Horton
Plaza, Seaport Village, the Gaslamp Quarter, Embarcadero Marina Park,
the new Padres ballpark, theaters and the symphony. In addition to The
Grande at Santa Fe Place, BOSA is selling Park Place at Harbor Drive
and Kettner Boulevard. Five homes remain for sale in the 30-story tower,
which will be -MORE- available for mid-April move-ins. Prices start
at $1,275,000. For more information about The Grande at Santa Fe Place,
